A buddy of mine couldn't stop talking about the Tilly placemats and coasters, so I decided to grab some. Man, was I let down when they arrived! They’re not uniform in size, and the edge cutting is just plain awful and all over the place! For plastic, they’re pretty expensive, and I really thought the quality would be better.

For years, I relied on plastic utensils, but no matter how careful you are, they end up scratching your cookware. So, I decided to explore wooden options. I was on the hunt for something high-quality, not the flimsy stuff you find at your local store. That’s when I stumbled upon Tilly Living online. I checked out their website and was impressed by how they addressed product issues. I ended up ordering the complete wooden utensil set, and let me tell you, they’re not just well-crafted; they’re gorgeous too. After using the ladle for about a month, it unfortunately split. I reached out to the company, thinking, 'Let’s see how their customer service holds up.' To my surprise, I got a response within a day! I sent a photo of the broken ladle, and Amber from Tilly Living quickly replied, saying they’d send me a new one at no cost. That’s what I call great customer service! This company truly stands by its products. I’m giving Tilly Living an A+ for both quality and service. Big thanks to Tilly Living!

I got the cooking tools I ordered. Sadly, the ladle didn’t make it through shipping in one piece. I reached out to customer service, and they quickly sent me a new one without charging anything extra. The utensils are gorgeous! But my wife and I cook a ton, so we’ll see how they hold up under some serious use. Stay tuned...

This has got to be one of the worst times I've had buying home goods. I ordered a gift for a birthday, and it just never arrived. The delivery guy was straight-up lying, claiming he was dropping it off when, in reality, it never made it to my door. Tilly's customer service told me to hang tight for 20 days before I could send it back to them, and then I’d have to wait another 20 days for them to send it back to me with the same delivery service.

Being in the wholesale retail game myself, I know you should never let a customer slip away or give them a reason to leave a negative review. They really could’ve put in more effort to sort this mess out.

I was really thankful for the fast and attentive customer support I got while figuring out the tracking details. The item showed up promptly and is top-notch. It was a present, and the recipient mentioned it was wrapped up nicely. I'd suggest getting this product to anyone.

I had a rough time with my order. Tried to buy some stuff, but my card kept getting rejected. I was sure it wasn’t my fault, so I gave it another shot three more times. The next day, I found out they charged my card four times!

I quickly shot them an email about the issue. They completely ignored my message and went ahead and shipped all four orders.

Later, they claimed I hadn’t emailed them at all and offered a refund if I kept everything. I went along with it since sending things back to another country would cost more than the items themselves.

In the end, I got a tiny refund, way less than what they initially promised.

Just a heads up, be super cautious when buying from them. The spoons are nice, but honestly, they’re not worth the trouble, and you really don’t want to deal with returns overseas.

My lovely tea set showed up pretty fast and was packed up really well. The outer box had some tears and dents, but the fantastic internal packing kept everything safe. I'd gladly shop with Tilly Living again.

I goofed up by mixing up my apartment's street address with where the order was supposed to go - so my package ended up at a place that wasn't real. Totally my bad! The folks at Tilly's customer service came to the rescue. They found my parcel and set up a new delivery. Super nice and friendly, especially since the error was on my end.

I purchased a set of wooden kitchen utensils for my daughter. They were sent out quickly and showed up right on schedule. I also snagged a discount on another set during the same order. Those were shipped but never made it to me. Tilly Living was super helpful and kept in touch to sort things out. In the end, they refunded my cash. Six months down the line, the product finally showed up in excellent shape. Working with Tilly was a breeze.

UPDATE 12/19/21: I got a lovely message from Customer Service. They informed me that they’ve sent out replacement items.

I was really looking forward to buying from this brand! I ordered three of the seven-piece wooden utensil sets along with a set of gold candle holders. Unfortunately, two of the utensils showed up cracked, and several others were rough to the touch. To make matters worse, one of the candle holders came in two pieces. I’ve reached out to customer service several times for replacements or a refund, but I haven’t heard back. It’s a real bummer since these were meant to be Christmas gifts. I won’t be placing another order...

I got my order of two wooden cooking utensil sets. There are quite a few blemishes on the wood, and one of the spoons has a splintered edge with a crack. The sets seem alright for the price, but I doubt they'll hold up for long. I paid a pretty penny for each set considering what I got. I won't be ordering from them again.

I absolutely adore these! They’re sleek, gorgeous, and super effective kitchen gadgets. What I really appreciate is how well they perform with Teflon cookware. They add a lovely touch to my countertop storage. After using wooden utensils for ages, these are definitely the prettiest ones I've owned.

These items are top-notch and a good deal for what you pay. I’m hand-washing them instead of tossing them in the dishwasher, but they’re super easy to clean. They’ve darkened a bit with use, but they’re still in great shape. The size and selection are perfect for everyday use.

I chose to refresh the appearance of my dining space. These placemats are just what I needed. They’re not your typical mats; quite distinctive, really. The light grey shade matches beautifully with my yellow and grey walls. Right now, I’m totally happy with how it looks, feels, and the quality of this item.
